Overview

Location: Rhyl, Denbighshire, Wales (LL18). Pay: £15.91 per hour. Shifts: Monday to Thursday, 8:30am – 1:00pm. We are Libertatem Healthcare Group looking for a supportive and reliable Support Worker to join our team in Rhyl. You'll be working with a lady who enjoys daily routines, attending local activities, and staying connected with her community. Our client enjoys using her mobile phone, watching TV, and listening to audiobooks. She attends church weekly, enjoys clubs and local centres, and will also be attending therapy sessions such as Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy. This role provides companionship, encouragement, and practical support to help her enjoy an active and fulfilling lifestyle.
