A healthcare provider in Reading is seeking a Waking Night Complex Care Support Worker to provide essential support to a young lady with complex needs due to a brain injury. The ideal candidate should have experience in complex care and possess strong communication skills. You’ll be supporting a young lady in her teens who has complex needs due to a brain injury, including cerebral palsy, epilepsy, global developmental delay and tracheostomy care. We're looking for someone with experience in complex care and the ability to build a strong, supportive relationship through clear communication and empathy. She lives at home with her family and enjoys musical, all things Disney, peppa pig and noisy toys. Your role will be to support her physically and emotionally, helping her live life to the fullest.

Operating on a national basis, providing clients with care and support wherever they are located. Our care and support packages put our client's independence at the very centre of everything we do.
Pay: £19.02 per hour weekdays/Saturdays, £21.48 Sundays
Hours: Up to 24 per week (Nights, 20:00 – 06:00)
