Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Care Worker is essential.
• Driver's License and access to a vehicle required.
• Must be subject to a DBS / PVG check and references.
• Right to Work in the UK is mandatory.

About the Role

We're recruiting experienced dedicated and compassionate Care Workers to join our nurse-led team at Cera to provide care to our clients in and around the Blackpool (FY6, FY7, FY8) areas.

You will be supporting clients with a variety of complex needs, including brain injuries, lack of capacity, challenging behaviour, and spinal injuries. This will involve social visits, shorter complex calls, and encouraging independence through meaningful activities. Including going for long walks and attending the gym, requiring a patient and supportive approach.

We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team. We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.
