Qualifications

• Experience as a Health Care Support Worker or similar role in healthcare or social care.
• Awareness of the bereavement process.
• Experience of supporting patients with palliative and/or end-of-life needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care ensuring dignity, comfort, and respect for patients.
• Assist with eating, drinking, and medication prompts as directed.
• Record all care given accurately and promptly using electronic patient records.
