Overview

Highly competent and detail oriented Company Secretary required to join our client and take on a challenging new role where you will provide recommendations to the Board on corporate governance best practice. Other duties will include but are not limited to overseeing all regulatory corporate governance filings, coordinating and attending Board meetings, assisting with the on-boarding process for new Board directors and developing and maintaining governance, risk and compliance policies, processes and procedures.
