Join Our Outstanding Community Mental Health Team in Norfolk! Are you a passionate and experienced MENTAL HEALTH NURSE looking for a leadership role where you can truly make a difference? Do you want to lead a well-resourced team with small caseloads, enabling you to focus on high-quality care and recovery? We have an exciting opportunity for you: a Band 7 Clinical Team Leader to join our Norfolk Secure Services Forensic Community Mental Health Team, a dynamic and well-supported team dedicated to providing recovery-focused community care for individuals transitioning from secure settings.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a passionate team to deliver high-quality care
  • Manage a small caseload, ensuring focused and effective intervention
  • Work closely with service users, carers, and partner agencies to support individuals in their journey to recovery
  • Build upon the team’s success following a recent outstanding Quality Standards Review
  • Drive continued service improvements and help us achieve an outstanding CQC rating
