18.75 hours during Monday to Friday, on a fixed term contract until November 2026.
In the Redditch Neighbourhood Mental Health Team (NMHT) we strive to improve the mental health and wellbeing of our local communities.

This is a fixed–term post to provide cover for absence for a specific purpose that we anticipate will be required until November 2026. We reserve the right to end this contract sooner with appropriate notice.
Please note the Trust will not routinely provide sponsorship to work for this role. In addition to meeting Home Office salary threshold you must have the significant experience to be offered top of the pay band and work a minimum of 35.5 hours per week.

Will work as a key member and resource of the MDT core team.
Aspects of the role would also include close working within the MDT, undertaking and supporting individuals accessing the service in recovery‑focussed activities.
There is scope for professional development as the trust has a repertoire of training available to those wishing to extend their skill set. Developing our workforce is important to us, and we are pioneering champion roles across the organisation.
Support registered professionals to deliver evidence‑based interventions, managing a caseload of patients
Supporting and signposting to improve social isolation and improved population health.
You will have experience of working with this user group in community settings.
The ability to work flexibly as the need of the service demands is essential.
Attend weekly MDT meetings, participate in professional meetings, signpost to adjunct services depending on patient need.
Support and guidance to the carers of patients accessing the services
