Forest Homecare is recruiting Community Care Assistants. No experience is necessary as full paid training is provided. As a Care assistant, you will need to have a professional, caring, and flexible approach. This is a varied and rewarding role, where no two days are the same. Key Responsibilities


  • Helping our Service Users maintain their independence and dignity.

  • Assisting our Service Users with all aspects of personal care such as dressing, undressing, bathing, and toileting.

  • Supporting with preparing and serving meals.

  • Maintaining the service user's physical environment including laundry, changing, and making beds, tidying, and light cleaning duties.

  • Working in partnership with all relevant professionals to provide a strength-based, outcomes-focused approach to your work.

  • Providing care 365 days a year between the hours of 6 am to 11 pm and split this over 4 shifts (Morning, Lunch, Tea, and Bed). Full or part-time hours including every other weekend or one day every weekend.



Qualifications & Skills


  • Have a naturally caring and compassionate nature.

  • Be reliable and honest.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.

  • No experience as a Care Assistant is required; willingness to learn and implement necessary skills for the safety and well-being of the service users.
