An exciting opportunity for a staff nurse to work with the East Lancashire District Nursing Team, providing cover for maternity leave.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Clinical Team Leader/Team Sister in coordination and delivery of care.
  • Visit patients in their homes and provide high quality nursing care to a range of patients with varying needs.
  • Provide holistic assessment and care planning.
  • Manage wounds, medicines, health promotion and end‑of‑life care.
  • Work rotational hours across day and night shifts, including weekends and bank holidays as required.
