A regional health organization in England is looking for registered nurses to join their Out of Hours Community Nursing Team. This role offers opportunities for permanent contracts and involves providing high-quality nursing care in patients' homes across Cambridgeshire, Huntingdon, and Peterborough. Candidates should be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council and possess a full UK driving licence. Shift patterns will include twilight and night shifts.

The Out of Hours Community Nursing Team across Cambridgeshire is currently offering opportunities for permanent contracts working full time and part time within CPFT across the county working in Cambridge, Huntingdon and Peterborough. We provide a service 7 days a week, working closely with other community services and PCNs to provide high standard holistic care to the population of Cambridgeshire.

All staff will be expected to work the following shift patterns over a 7 day period: Twilight shift 18:00–24:00; Night shift 21:45–08:15.
