Overview

Help People Thrive at Home! When someone leaves hospital, everyday tasks can feel overwhelming. As a Community Reablement Assistant, you’ll help people regain their confidence and independence in their own homes - supporting them to live life as fully and independently as possible.

Our Rapid Response service is available from 07:00 to 22:00, every day of the year, enabling us to deliver flexible, timely support whenever it’s needed most. You’ll work on a fixed 3-week rolling rota, so your shifts will include evenings, weekends, and public holidays - for which you’ll receive enhanced pay in line with HCC’s salary policy. You’ll cover the North Hampshire area which includes places such as Basingstoke, Alton, Aldershot, Liphook, Whitchurch, Bordon and Farnborough.
