A prominent health organization in North Wales is looking for a full-time Community Psychiatric Nurse at Band 6, focusing on older adults. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of patients with various mental health needs, with the potential for travel to different settings. A strong passion for elderly care and NMC Registration is required. Welsh speakers are welcomed to apply. This role involves secondment for 6 months, a great opportunity to join a supportive team dedicated to inclusive care.

We are recruiting for a full time Band 6 CPN to join our team on a secondment, working within the Flintshire Older Persons Community Mental Health Team.
As Care Coordinator, you will hold a caseload of patients with organic and functional mental health needs, travelling to see them in their own homes, in care homes and in-patient settings.
If you are an experienced Mental Health Nurse with passion and enthusiasm for working with older adults, then we would love to hear from you.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
