This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Community psychiatric nurses and mental health practitioners to join Gedling Local Mental Health Team.
We will provide the successful candidates with the opportunity to develop skills needed to work within a community setting, providing care to an adult population across the Gedling area, open to secondary care services, within SMI pathways (mood affective, complex psychosis, community rehabilitation and non‑psychosis).

This is a leadership role and you will be expected to develop specialist skills in working with patients in at least one pathway within the team. You will also be expected to support students and more junior staff within the team through clinical supervision and mentorship, and may be asked to line‑manage some staff.
We are seeking enthusiastic team players, who work within a dynamic multi‑disciplinary health team, who have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and who have the ability and experience to manage complex cases in partnership with other agencies.
