A mental health outreach organization in the United Kingdom is looking for a part-time Community Outreach Worker to support individuals with complex mental health needs in various locations. The Hertfordshire Mind Network Community Outreach Worker supports people with complex mental health needs throughout Hertfordshire County, including Amersham and Chesham. Referrals come from Paradigm Housing Association for tenants experiencing mental health difficulties.
