Job description
Overview

2 Posts available - 1 Permanent 37.5 Hours per week & 1 - 12 months FTC at 22.5 Hours per week. There is an exciting opportunity to expand the team delivering Health Visiting services in temporary accommodation in Hounslow. We are looking for an experienced Community Nursery Nurse to work alongside the Specialist Health Visitors to offer well child clinics, health reviews and packages of care to families in temporary accommodation.

The work is offered in a variety of community settings, which include homes, clinics, hotels, refuges, early years settings, Family Hubs & children’s centres. The Community Nursery Nurse will work flexibly across the 3 Hounslow localities depending on service need.

Responsibilities
  • Work with Specialist Health Visitors to provide well child clinics, health reviews and packages of care for families in temporary accommodation.
  • Operate across a range of community settings (homes, clinics, hotels, refuges, early years settings, Family Hubs & children’s centres).
  • Work flexibly across the three Hounslow localities according to service need.
