Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience of working with people with mental health needs.
• Experience working as part of a team.
• Experience analysing and communicating complex information verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside service users and multi-disciplinary team members to contribute to care co-ordination.
• Deliver wellbeing-focused interventions based on cognitive-behavioural principles.
• Provide high-quality collaborative care planning as a member of the multi-disciplinary team.
