We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse (Older People) to join our team within the Directorate of Adult Mental Health. The role involves managing a caseload of older adults with mental health needs, acting as a care coordinator, and providing specialist, evidence-based care. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing care plans, liaising with other professionals, and supporting service users and their carers in the community, while also supervising junior staff and potentially taking on leadership duties.
