A community support organization in Dumpling Green is looking for a compassionate individual to manage caseloads and provide 1-1 support to autistic people. Responsibilities include facilitating drop-in groups, engaging with schools for awareness, and offering training to local organizations. The ideal candidate should have a Level 3 Certificate in Understanding Autism and experience working with autistic individuals. This role offers multiple benefits including wellbeing programs and comprehensive training.
