We're looking for dedicated individuals to join our thriving Community Nursing Service in Portsmouth, Fareham and Southampton in a permanent role, delivering outstanding care to the community in a supportive and collaborative environment. Our Community Nursing Service provides high-quality nursing care to patients in their own homes, operating 12 hours a day (8am--8pm), 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We pride ourselves on delivering person-centred care and ensuring our staff feel valued, supported, and encouraged to develop their skills. In this role, you'll work as part of a wider multi-disciplinary team, contributing to care planning, evaluation, and effective communication across services.

Across Hampshire, our community hospitals provide inpatient rehabilitation as a step down from acute care, and our dedicated teams also staff Treetops Sexual Assault Referral Centre in Portsmouth, offering expert, compassionate support.
