Role and responsibilities

Our Community Carers support senior and vulnerable clients by providing help at home, personal care, assistance with medication and access to the community. The support we provide gives our clients the freedom to live independently.

We train all of our Community Carers to the highest CQC standards and support them fully in their careers in the care sector. We offer an induction programme to all of our Community Carers and support to complete their Care certificate. Options to continue training to NVQ 2 and 3 will be made available to all employees. Because we are a fast-growing, successful business there are always opportunities for Community Carer to develop their skills and growth within the company.

Requirements / what you will need
  • You do not need experience to join us as a Community Carer, but a caring compassionate nature is essential.
  • Be eligible to work in the U.K.
  • Hold a valid driving license and have access to your own vehicle
  • Availability to work every other weekends
  • Be willing to travel and work in Chelmsford, Billericay and Brentwood
