Responsibilities

• Provide companionship care, personal care and complex care assistance as requested by clients, according to their individual needs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in home care or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of dementia care and complex care needs is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients.
• Ability to manage challenging behaviours with patience and understanding.
• Physical capability to perform moving and handling tasks when required.
• Valid driver's licence is essential for transportation duties.
• A genuine passion for providing high-quality care and support to individuals in need is paramount.

Shift Pattern

• Full-time, Part-Time, Fixed Term Contract, Freelance
• Shift times vary between 06:00–13:00 or 15:00–22:00
• Staff must have availability to work some weekends
