A local authority is seeking a Community Care Supervisor to coordinate Urgent Care services for vulnerable individuals in Brierley Hill. The successful candidate will focus on providing support to the community and managing a team. Significant experience in care settings and relevant qualifications are required. Flexible hours with opportunities for professional development will be offered.
Post: 1 x Community Care Supervisor (Permanent)
Hours: 27.50 hours per week
Salary: Grade 7
Location: Brierley Hill Health and Social Care Centre or various locations across Dudley borough
Excellent opportunities have arisen to work within Assessment and Independence on Urgent Care Services and Dudley Short Term Assessment and Reablement team.
The role will be to ensure the delivery of a high-quality Urgent Care duty team for vulnerable people in the Dudley borough.
You will be working to cover the Out of Hours service from 5.00 p.m. to 10.30 p.m. Monday to Friday and will work some bank holidays, for which relevant enhancements will be paid.
You should have experience of working in a care setting and an NVQ 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent, or willing to work towards.
