Overview

Wanted: Female Superhero Community Care Worker!

Location: Swadlincote, and surrounding areas
Hours: 35+ per week (including one weekend on, one weekend off)
Pay: See below – because heroes deserve great rewards!

What You’ll Need

• A full UK driving license (because teleportation isn’t available… yet!)
• A kind and caring nature – if you love a good chat and a cuppa, you’ll fit right in!
• Availability to work a mix of shifts, including early morning, evenings, and every other weekend.
• A can-do attitude – whether it’s helping someone get dressed or cracking a joke to brighten their day!

The Mission

• Bringing smiles, support, and independence to people in their own homes
• Assisting with personal care, meal prep, medication prompts, and companionship
• Driving around Swadlincote like the local hero you are (fuel allowance included!)
• Working a flexible 35+ hours, including one weekend on, one weekend off
• Drinking lots of tea and listening to incredible life stories along the way

Pay Rates

• Unqualified Carers
• Weekday: £12.65 per hour
• Weekend: £13.00 per hour
• Qualified Carers (Level 2+ in Health & Social Care)
• Weekday: £13.10 per hour
• Weekend: £14.00 per hour
