A community health service provider is seeking a Band 6 Community Nurse to join their Thanet Nursing Teams. This role involves delivering cardiac rehab services across East Kent and ensuring high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate should have an NMC registration, a Level 6 degree or equivalent, and recent experience in cardiology. The position is part-time, 22.5 hours per week, with a salary range of £38,682 to £46,580 per year pro rata.
We are looking for passionate and skilled Band 6 Community Nurses to join our Thanet Community Nursing Teams, based at our brand new £10million state‑of‑the‑art Thanet Health Hub.
Our award‑winning service brings together a skilled group of nurses, physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, counsellors, cardiac rehab assistants, practitioners, an occupational therapist, administrators, and volunteers.
In this role you will deliver cardiac rehab services across an allocated area of East Kent and help cover other areas based on demand, waiting times, and capacity.
You will also work closely with the Senior Clinical Lead and Head of Service to ensure safe, high‑quality care through an effective and efficient model.
