A public sector organization in Canary Wharf is seeking a Communications Officer to lead and enhance its communications strategy. The role involves managing media relations, digital communications, and overseeing website content to improve engagement and public perception of the organization. The Communications Officer will play a vital role in delivering TPO's Communications and Engagement Strategy. Our key aim is to share good practice and learning from our work to drive improvements across the sector. This will build the reputation of TPO and ensure that the right complaints come to us. TPO's Corporate Services teams provide support on all business communications and engagement matters. This role forms part of a small, collaborative and high achieving Communications Engagement and Insight team. Reporting to the Communications Manager, you will create and deliver high-quality communications across multiple channels. Your work will include managing media relations, overseeing day-to-day digital communications and social media, updating and optimising website content, producing marketing and campaign materials, managing communications projects, and supporting events. You will be a part of a broader, successful and friendly Corporate Services Directorate that includes HR, Digital, Data and Technology and Finance.

You will be working full or part-time on a permanent contract and will receive a competitive salary of £37,500 per annum pro rata.
