A leading housing association in Greater London is seeking a Communications Officer to join its Corporate Communications team. You will support delivering impactful messages across various channels, collaborating closely with colleagues in Property, Investment, and Customer Services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in corporate communications, and the ability to manage media content effectively. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, emphasizing a balance between in-office and remote work.
Title: Communications Officer
Contract Type: Permanent, full-time (35 hours per week)
Salary: £40,649 per annum (London weighted) or £36,073 per annum (regional)
Grade: 8
Reporting Office: London Stratford or Manchester Trafford
Persona: Agile Worker – 20% to 40% of contractual hours to be worked from reporting office/working location (hybrid working)

We are looking for a Communications Officer to play a key role in our Corporate Communications team working closely with colleagues in our Property and Investment and Customer Services directorates.
In this role you’ll support our Communications Managers to deliver engaging and effective content for our external, internal and resident channels. You’ll help communicate the work we do to maintain and build homes, deliver frontline services and invest in communities.
The successful candidate will demonstrate passion for our social purpose, strong communication skills and the drive to grow and learn in a large organisation. You should be comfortable working collaboratively with colleagues at all levels to help deliver our communications objectives.
