About the role Europe ANZ is a hugely exciting area with big ambitions, the original home of many of Reckitt’s powerbrands. This role would partner with the Communications Director EUANZ to support the Area teams in unleashing their full potential. This role works in close partnership with the Communications Director EUANZ and therefore has dual accountability into the CCA function leadership and the Area leadership.

The role will need to work closely with senior stakeholders to support the needs of their Regions, and must be comfortable deputising for the Communications Director EUANZ.

Your responsibilities
  • Own the internal communications plan for EUANZ.
  • Partner with the wider Communications team to understand our shared business priorities to ensure we’re aligned, but with our own clear ambition.
  • Coach and mentor the communications champions from across the Regions, many of whom do not have a comms background but are keen to learn.
  • Continuously work to ensure we’re bringing the right content, across the right channels, to the EUANZ team, horizon-scanning on new tools and engagement opportunities.
The experience we're looking for
  • 7+ years communications experience across internal and/or external.
  • Experience managing diverse stakeholders, including senior leaders.
  • Strong attention to detail and delivery.
  • Experience working with partners and across a comms network.
