We are currently seeking an individual to join the team as Communications and Trade Surveillance Manager.

What you will be doing
  • Provide input into the on‑going monitoring of changing regulations, enforcement actions conducting read‑across exercises as required.
  • Provide input into the ongoing review of e‑comms coverage requirements from a regional perspective.
  • Assist with the review of global coverage requirements from a MARA perspective to ensure consistency of approach and outcomes.
  • Ensure that user feedback is collated at the global level from the regional technical officers and FSO’s.
  • Work with the Surveillance Data Management Framework Team to ensure that production issues are robustly analysed, reported and actioned.
To be successful in this role you should have
  • Knowledge of market abuse and relevant industry regulations, such as: MAR, MIFID, the FCA Handbook and other relevant global regulations.
  • Experience across surveillance disciplines and tooling, their underlying technical principles, and requirements.
  • Strong analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to think strategically, analytically, and laterally.
  • Self‑motivated and comfortable at working collaboratively within a relatively small team, maintaining grip on delivery of competing deliverables.

The role location will be London.
