A UK-based infrastructure services provider is seeking a Communications Lead to enhance internal and external communications and foster brand awareness. The role involves developing strategic communication plans, managing digital content, and driving employee engagement through various channels. Candidates should have a degree in a related field and at least 3 years of experience in communications or marketing. This position offers an annual salary between £28,000 and £32,000, with Monday to Friday working hours.
The Communications Department at MJ Quinn plays a pivotal role in shaping and sharing the company’s voice—both internally and externally. As a central function within the business, the team ensures that all messaging reflects MJ Quinn’s values, supports operational goals, and strengthens engagement across all levels of the organisation.
To lead and deliver impactful internal and external communications that support MJ Quinn’s business growth, enhance brand awareness, and foster employee engagement. This role will work cross-functionally to ensure consistent messaging and strategic alignment with company objectives.
