Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum (pro-rated)

We are seeking a Communication Support Worker (CSW) to support d/Deaf and hearing-impaired learners across a range of educational settings. This is a rewarding role focused on enabling equal access to learning through effective communication support.
The Communication Support Worker will be working under the guidance of the Head of Learning Support. You will facilitate communication between d/Deaf learners, staff, and peers, ensuring learners can fully access teaching, learning, and assessment.

You will be flexible, reliable, and enthusiastic, with the ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and off-site. Access to your own transport is required.
The organisation is committed to safeguarding children, young people, and vulnerable adults. The successful applicant will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check, renewed every four years.
