Qualifications

• Enrolled in or willing to complete NVQ Level 2 in Food Preparation and Cooking.
• Experience in a kitchen environment.
• Demonstrate key cookery skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Follow a 4-week Rota developed by the head chef.
• Assist with quarterly menu reviews.
• Prepare, cook, and present meals attractively.
• Provide breakfast service and serve meals to residents.
• Maintain cleanliness in kitchens.
• Order catering supplies and manage budgets.
• Ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
