Valuation Surveyor - Birmingham

Surveyor- Associate Director
Salary: £35,000 - £60,000
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid - 3 days office / 2 days home)

Responsibilities

• Carry out valuation instructions efficiently and independently, preparing concise and accurate reports for Director review.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues, take personal responsibility for instructions, and work to maximise profitability.
• Contribute to the development of the Midlands' Valuation business and collaborate across the wider business network to uncover new business opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

• RICS qualification and RICS Registered Valuer
• Exposure to valuation work is ideal, but training will be provided
• Strong report writing, data management, and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and ideally KEL/Argus Developer
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage multiple projects
• A client-centric mindset and sound technical knowledge
