Join us as a Commercial Strategy Manager - Lending

  • This is an opportunity to be instrumental in driving growth for NatWest Boxed in our Commercial Strategy team
  • You will be focusing on the commercial performance management of our Unsecured Personal Lending product, supporting the scaling of our product in line with our revenue targets
  • We’ll provide you with a platform to grow by playing a pivotal role in a fast scaling Fintech

What you'll do

As a Commercial Strategy Manager - Lending, you’ll play a key role in ensuring successful scaling of our Lending product, while supporting the shaping of our go-to-market strategy and growth plans.

You’ll also be:

  • Conducting analyses to drive understanding of the commercial performance of our unsecured personal lending product and major underlying drivers
  • Working with internal stakeholders and partners to deliver performance improvement initiatives
  • Helping our GtM planning process, ensuring cross-functional alignment on commercial priorities
  • Supporting strategic sales engagements, by promoting value selling and enabling the sales team to sell our solutions effectively via the development of the required sales tools and collateral

The skills you'll need

To excel in this role, you’ll have demonstrable experience in commercial management of Lending products with a focus on the open market. You will have a strong understanding of Lending performance drivers and be comfortable to engage with stakeholders (e.g., Pricing and Credit Risk) to optimise product performance. You'll also have curiosity and a keen interest to get into the details of complex fintech or Banking as a Service commercial models and products.

You’ll also demonstrate:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to operate effectively in a fast moving and evolving environment
  • Experience of using Google Workspace or similar tools such Word, Excel and PowerPoint
