Award winning law firm have an opening for a corporate / commercial solicitor to assist with an increasing number of transactions. You will work with clients both large and small on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, sale and purchase agreements, corporate governance, business start ups and MBOs amongst other areas. This client have offices across the east coast and there are a number of options as to location.

Candidates in the region of 2 year pqe + are preferred.
