Commercial Solicitor – Essex

A highly successful Essex firm is seeking a Commercial Solicitor to join their team. This is a great opportunity to work on a wide range of commercial matters and develop your career within a supportive, client-focused environment.

Role Overview:

You will provide expert commercial and contract law advice across a variety of sectors. The work includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, and supporting clients with related areas such as intellectual property, data protection, e-commerce, and consumer law. You will also deliver outsourced in-house legal services, gaining exposure to diverse industries and complex legal challenges.

Experience & Skills:

• Ideally 3+ PQE with strong commercial and contract law knowledge
• Experience with a variety of commercial agreements and transactions
• Exposure to niche areas such as software, IT, telecoms, media, sports, gaming, franchise, distribution, consumer credit, charity, local authority, procurement, NHS, manufacturing, transport, Incoterms, international matters, or similar
• Confident, proactive, and client-focused approach
