A prominent sports organization in Greater London is seeking a Commercial Sales and Retail Executive to drive sales of Premium Packages and Memberships year-round while providing exceptional customer service in retail operations. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, a flexible working approach, and experience in customer service, particularly within sports or events. The role also includes responsibilities for matchday operations and client engagement, offering a competitive salary and benefits including a club bonus scheme and holiday entitlement.

The Commercial Sales and Retail Executive plays a dual role across Premium Sales and Retail Operations. This position is responsible for selling Premium Packages, Memberships, Group Sales, Debentures, and Hospitality year‑round, while also delivering retail customer service and fulfilment two days per week.
Working closely with both the Retail Operations Manager and the Premium Sales team, the postholder will support administrative processes, online shop operations, ticketing distribution, and matchday fulfilment. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a confident, consultative sales approach.
The successful candidate will have the following experience / skills / qualities:
£28,808 + commission
5% Club Bonus Scheme
23 days holiday increasing to 28 days based on length of service
Non-Contributory Pension scheme / Private Health Care
Membership for domestic games, Tickets for International Games and loads more
