Overview

COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR, 3 + PQE, NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE. Join a leading regional law firm offering hybrid working, private healthcare, a competitive pension scheme, enhanced family-friendly policies, and much more! JOB REF: 1008

Responsibilities
  • The appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will manage a varied caseload, covering acquisitions and disposals, leasehold matters, and property development projects.
  • Handle landlord and tenant issues, property finance matters, and commercial licences. Demonstrate commercial acumen and a focus on providing a high standard of client service.
  • Develop strong client relationships and offer exceptional client service across diverse business sectors.
  • Support a pathway to partnership for senior solicitors with a network of contacts, where discussed as part of a defined pathway or opportunity.
Qualifications
  • Applications are open to qualified solicitors with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial property matters.
  • Experience handling landlord & tenant and property finance matters is required.
  • Strong communication and client management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients across diverse business sectors.
