They are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor.

Position Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our client's flourishing practice in Gloucestershire. The successful candidate will:

• Deal with a broad range of clients
• Handle a complex and busy caseload of commercial property matters
• Have excellent client care skills
• Technical ability
• Participate in the firm's marketing, article drafting, PR, business development, social media and networking activities

Commercial Property Solicitor experience to include

• Circa 3 years PQE
• Proven background in all aspects of commercial property law including buying, selling and leasing
• Demonstrate ability to advise clients on all aspects of commercial property, handling a broad range of commercial agreements including technically demanding documents
• Good working knowledge of property and landlord and tenant law
• Proven track record of building and developing strong client relationships
• Enthusiastic and have an excellent balance between technical ability and commercial awareness
• Ambitious and dynamic with excellent communication skills
