Central London | Boutique Law Firm (Top 200) | £65,000 - £72,000

My client, a highly regarded Top 200 boutique law firm in Central London, is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor/Associate to join its growing and well-established real estate team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor looking to work on high‑quality matters within a supportive, partner‑led environment, offering genuine responsibility and client exposure.

You will be handling a broad and varied commercial property caseload, including:

• Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
• Landlord and tenant matters (leases, renewals, variations)
• Development work
• Property finance and secured lending

Acting for a diverse client base including investors, developers, SMEs and high‑net‑worth individuals. You will work closely with partners and have direct client contact from day one.
