Job summary

A prominent law firm in Bridgwater is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to manage sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties. The successful candidate should have at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in commercial property law and be capable of managing multiple projects efficiently. You will liaise with clients and ensure smooth transactions. This role is full-time and based in Bridgwater.

Job Role
  • Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties.
  • Manage acquisitions and disposals of commercial properties, including offices, retail units, industrial sites, and mixed-use developments.
  • Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Advising on landlord and tenant matters, including lease renewals, rent reviews, assignments, and subletting.
