We are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join the firm known for its forward-thinking approach, strong growth strategy, and commitment to creating an environment where talented professionals can thrive and progress based on merit and contribution.

What you’ll be doing :
  • Managing a varied, high-quality caseload of commercial property matters;
  • Handling commercial property purchases and sales;
  • Advising on landlord and tenant matters;
  • Managing business purchases and sales;
  • Dealing with lease assignments, transfers, and renewals;
  • Advising on land development matters;
  • Drafting and negotiating commercial leases, licences, and related agreements;
  • Conducting due diligence and overseeing transactions from instruction to completion;
  • Supporting business development activities and building long-term client relationships.
Requirements
What we’re looking for :
  • 2+ years’ PQE;
  • Strong experience across a broad range of commercial property work;
  • Ability to manage matters independently with minimal supervision;
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills;
  • Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach;
  • Experience with pharmacy purchases and sales would be an advantage.
