The role

This is a hands-on position covering a broad range of commercial property work. You’ll advise on acquisitions, disposals, leases, development projects, and more complex matters requiring a strong commercial understanding and practical, solutions-focused advice.

With a portfolio of established clients ready to work with you, there’s scope to strengthen those existing relationships while also expanding the network through business development and community engagement. Your work will be varied, client-facing, and commercially impactful.

About you

• Qualified solicitor with at least 5 years’ PQE in commercial property
• Broad experience across acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development matters
• Sees this as a career opportunity, not just a role
