Overview

Commercial Property Senior Associate / Director role with a respected Scottish law firm in Glasgow. The successful candidate will lead on complex and high-value transactions, support team development, and contribute to the growth of the commercial property practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex sales, acquisitions, development, and funding transactions, along with commercial leasing matters
• Provide high-quality legal and strategic advice to clients across a range of sectors
• Supervise and mentor junior solicitors and paralegals
• Participate in departmental business meetings and contribute to team strategy

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with significant experience in commercial property (PQE flexible for the right candidate)
• Strong technical expertise in complex transactions, including leasing, funding, and development
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver practical, commercial legal solutions
• Experience in supervising and supporting the development of junior team members
