A leading property management firm in South Yorkshire is looking for a dedicated individual to manage a portfolio of commercial properties. The role focuses on enhancing client relationships and providing high-quality management services. Candidates should have a degree in a property-related field and solid experience in commercial property management. As part of the Property Management team, you’ll be responsible for the effective day-to-day management of a portfolio of commercial properties on behalf of a range of blue‑chip clients, including institutional investors and established property organisations.
You’ll also play an active role in building client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and supporting junior team members.
This role offers hybrid working and a supportive team environment, with access to facilities managers, building managers, and administrative support, as well as cross‑discipline collaboration with teams across lease advisory, agency, investment, and building consultancy.
