Responsibilities

• Triage new technical and/or large claims.
• Handle retained technical claims end-to-end.
• Investigate and manage potential fraudulent claims.
• Negotiate indemnity and liability, identifying recovery opportunities.
• Manage litigated cases, working with lawyers.
• Own and manage risks in line with the risk framework.
• Work within regulatory timescales.
• Ensure customer experience is prioritized.
