A reputable legal firm is looking for a Commercial Property Assistant to join their friendly team focusing on corporate acquisitions and commercial property. This hybrid role requires at least 12 months of experience in commercial property, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication. You will support Consultant Solicitors with transactions, handle client communications, and manage compliance checks. We're looking for a Commercial Property Assistant to join a small, friendly and highly successful legal team that specialises in corporate acquisitions, commercial property and employment law.

20 minutes outside Sheffield city centre
30 minutes from Derby city centre
Ideally located for candidates across South Yorkshire, Derbyshire and surrounding areas.
Supporting Consultant Solicitors on commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases and landlord & tenant matters. Typical daily responsibilities include:
Client onboarding and compliance checks
Conducting property searches and assisting with enquiries
Preparing reports and providing client updates via email and telephone
Preparing Land Registry and SDLT forms
Keeping the case management system up to date
Monitoring Land Registry applications and handling requisitions
General administration to support excellent client service across the firm
Minimum 12 months experience in commercial property (essential requirement)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong spelling, grammar and punctuation
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident liaising with clients by email and telephone
Proactive, professional and able to work in a fast-moving environment
A team player who cares about quality and client service
