Lead the Charge in B2B Sales & Drive Impactful Growth in Healthcare

Location: UK/ Europe
Salary: ~2,500/ month or £2,070/ month
Bonus: 10% after the first 6 months of satisfactory performance

What Youll Do:
  • Drive B2B2C Growth: Own and accelerate initiatives to expand the reach of auricular vagal neuromodulation therapy (AVNT), helping bring this groundbreaking treatment to more patients and clinicians.
  • Lead the Clinical Network: Champion an innovative education and referral program, onboarding clinicians as referrers for Nurosym and driving significant clinical and business growth.
  • Set & Track KPIs: Take charge of KPIs for B2B2C programs, ensuring top-tier support for clients, maintaining accurate records, and delivering an exceptional experience for clinical partners.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work hand-in-hand with Marketing, Affiliate, Customer Operations, Science, and Research teams to launch and optimize cross-functional B2B2C initiatives.
  • Build & Strengthen Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with existing and new commercial clinical partners, and develop strategies to maximize distributor success.
  • Innovate & Scale: Identify and implement new initiatives to optimize B2B2C channels, always pushing the envelope to drive improvement and accelerate growth.
