Commercial Operations Manager - Vehicle Components Distribution

• Location: Groningen, Netherlands (Hybrid)
• Salary / Package: €100,000 Package (Inc. Holiday allowance + 13th month)
• This position has a strict Dutch & English language requirement

A unique opportunity to join a rapidly expanding European distributor specialising in truck and vehicle components, opening a brand new HQ in the Netherlands, where you could lead the way and oversee end-to-end operations of supply chain, warehousing, distribution and customer service.

As one of the key hires, you will have the ability to shape its operational strategy, oversee the stock and work alongside a skilled team to ensure smooth operations, driving a growing customer base within multiple markets.

You will oversee the full scope of operations across the branch, working with the wider team's to drive forward high service levels, optimising costs and supporting business growth.

Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee wareouse operations, including stock control, inventory management and order fulfilment
• Ensure efficient sand safe storage, handling and dispatch of goods
• Manage inbound shipments from manufacturers and suppliers
• Oversee outbound logistics to retailers, garages, and distribution partners
• Optimise transport routes and delivery schedules for cost efficiencys and timeliness
• Implement systems to improve stock accurace in stock control and reduce shrinkage

Your Background:
