• Relevant experience in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management preferred.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are ideal.
• Must possess methodical thinking and strong organisational skills.
• Professional qualifications/membership in relevant Chartered Institutes desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts from inception to completion.
• Engage stakeholders across a portfolio of projects.
• Issue/review early warning notices and assess compensation events.
• Monthly commercial reporting and management of accounts.
