We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead our clients' commercial operations and drive growth in the landscaping sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional to manage quotations, tenders, and business development for a diverse range of property types.

The role will cover the South East area, with one day a week in the head office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage quotations for planned maintenance, projects, and extra works.
  • Oversee tender submissions for soft and hard landscaping services.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies and negotiate contracts.
  • Identify and pursue new business development opportunities.
  • Deliver professional presentations to clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Degree or equivalent qualifications and industry experience (beneficial).
  • Proven experience in negotiation, pricing strategies, and tendering.
  • Highly literate and articulate, with strong presentation skills.
  • Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
